These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anchella Bookkeeping website at anchellabookkeeping.com and any bookkeeping services provided by Anchella Bookkeeping ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services provided

Anchella Bookkeeping provides remote bookkeeping services including but not limited to:

  • Monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation
  • Profit and Loss statement preparation
  • Catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks Online management
  • Financial report preparation

Our services are bookkeeping services only. We are not a licensed CPA firm and do not provide tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning services. For tax filing and formal tax advice, please consult a licensed CPA or tax professional.

2. Not tax or legal advice

All content on this website, including blog posts, articles, and the free tax calculator at setaxcalc.com, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Results from any calculator tools are estimates only. Always consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Client responsibilities

As a client you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner
  • Grant necessary access to QuickBooks Online and bank feeds to perform services
  • Review and approve monthly reports within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies you identify
  • Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

4. Payment terms

Monthly bookkeeping services are billed monthly. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days past due. All fees are non-refundable for work already completed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your financial information to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of our services.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel monthly bookkeeping services with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed monthly rate. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Anchella Bookkeeping is not liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the issue occurred.

8. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, design, and tools is the property of Anchella Bookkeeping. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
