I studied accounting for four years in Haiti, learning the fundamentals that most people skip: how money actually flows through a business, how to read a balance sheet, why reconciliation matters, and what it really means when a business is profitable versus just busy.
After building that academic foundation, I continued investing in my skills — completing the Intuit Bookkeeping Professional Certificate and earning QuickBooks Online certifications at both Level 1 and Level 2. These aren't just credentials on a wall. They represent hours of real applied learning.
Today, I run ClearBooks remotely from Florida, working one-on-one with small business owners, independent contractors, cleaning businesses, truck drivers, and self-employed professionals who need someone they can count on every month.
