A few things people usually want to know
How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Plans start at $250 per month for up to 100 transactions. The exact rate depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and complexity. I'll give you an honest quote during the free consultation.
Do I need to already have QuickBooks?
No. If you don't have QuickBooks Online yet, I can help you get set up. If you already use it, I just need access to your account.
What if my books are a mess or I'm months behind?
That's a common starting point. We'll do a catch-up or cleanup first to get everything current, then move into the monthly plan from there. I'll quote that part separately based on how far behind you are.
Do you only work with Florida businesses?
Not at all — I work with clients across the entire United States. I'm based in Palm Bay, Florida, but everything is handled remotely so your location is never a barrier. Whether you're in Florida, Texas, New York, California, or anywhere else in the country, if you need a reliable bookkeeper, I'd love to work with you.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contract. The monthly plan is month-to-month, and you can stop anytime.
Are you a CPA? Do you file taxes?
I'm a certified bookkeeper, not a CPA, and I don't file tax returns. What I do is keep your books accurate and current so your tax preparer or CPA has clean records to work with at year-end. If you don't have a tax preparer yet, I can recommend a few good ones.
